Meet the Treatment Coordinators
We have two dedicated implant and orthognathic surgery coordinators on our team; together they bring over 25 years of surgical experience. As Coordinators, Jill and Deb work with our implant and orthognathic surgery patients, educating them about different treatment options available, helping them step by step throughout the entire process, including coordinating appointments between the patient and the referring practice and answering any questions they may have. We think you will find their friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and drive to help others succeed an asset to our relationship with you as well. Shannon Olson-Nivala
Shannon is your connection to our practice. Shannon joined our practice in 2017 with 12 years of oral surgery practice background. She held the position as a Licensed Dental Assistant and we quickly found she had several indispensable skills that were perfect for our Professional Relationship Director. As our Professional Relationship Director, her job is to work with you. Shannon will be visiting your practice regularly to check in with you and your team to see what support she can offer. She oversees patient coordination, coordinates learning events such as team training and patient education, and strengthens the communication between offices. She’s “on call” all the time to take your questions and to provide information about patients you send our way. And from time to time she will even be there at chairside when we treat your patients.
Deb Campbell
Deb joined our practice in 1995 as a Licensed Dental Assistant. Deb is dedicated to making our patients’ implant and orthognathic surgery process as seamless as possible, coordinating their appointments between the restorative dentist, orthodontist, and our office. This commitment is guided by the tremendous sense of responsibility that she feels toward her patients. She looks forward to serving your patients in our Roseville location.
Jill Gonsior
Jill joined our practice in 2013 as the Front Office Coordinator in our North Oaks Office. When the treatment coordinator position opened up we knew she would be the perfect fit. Her commitment to patients is to offer them her attention and expertise, educating them on the importance and many benefits of dental implants and orthognathic surgery. She looks forward to serving your patients in our North Oaks office.
